Join Jeff on one of his exciting 2013 photography tours. New for 2013 is an epic tour of the ancient ruins of the Anasazi Indians of the Southwest. This tour will include Mesa Verde National Park, Chaco Canyon National Monument, among other stunning locations. Expanding on the success of last years backpacking tours, we have added three exciting backpacking trips for 2013. These tours are perfect for beginner and veteran backpackers, alike. A backpacking tour is the best way to photograph "off the beaten path" locations, all while being guided by an expert outdoorman and photographer. Also, we will continue our successful nighttime photo tours, one in Arches National Park and the other three are associated with the Bisti Badlands backpacking tours and the Chaco Canyon tour. These nighttime tours will allow you to learn how to make stunning images of the landscape at night with star-filled skies as a backdrop. The nighttime tour locations are in the absolute best locations in the Southwest. And don't worry, Jeff will continue his popular tours of Glacier National Park, Oregon Coast and Colorado in the Fall.
Regardless of your photography experience, Jeff's goal during these photographic tours is to push your photographic development and experience to the next level. The small groups (maximum of 8 participants per tour) allows him to spend focused attention on each person throughout the duration of the tour and most importantly the small group size allows plenty of room for each photographer to "work" each location without having others in their way. All of Jeff's workshops and tours are offered at locations that he has extensive photographic knowledge meaning that he knows how to get you to stunning locations at the prime times. While we will photograph iconic sites, you can expect that he will get you to lesser known but equally spectacular locations.
